what we do

The following five new humanist organizations express the ideas and proposals of the humanist movement today:
  • World Without Wars and Violence – works in the field of peace, disarmament and nonviolence. Initiated the World March for Peace and Nonviolence. Active in Kitchener-Waterloo and around Quebec.
  •  Humanist Party – a political party, also organized in a Humanist International.  
  • Convergence of Cultures – facilitates and stimulates dialogue between cultures, fights against discrimination and violence, and carries new humanist proposals to all latitudes.
  • Community for Human Development – works in the study, development, dissemination and formation of a new culture based on the fundamental ideas of Universalist Humanism.
  • World Centre for Humanist Studies – dedicated to the study, investigation and diffusion of the thought and vision of Universalist Humanism and its application to current social and scientific problems.
